REGULAR PORK AND BEANS
- Pork shoulder: 2 and 1/2 pounds. Need to be cut into 1and ½ inch pieces.
- Vegetable oil: 1 and 1/2 tablespoons

- Chicken stock or water: 6cups
- Dried white beans: 2 cups

- Packed light brown sugar: 1/2 cup

Ingredients Needed For the Essence
- Paprika: 2 1/2 tablespoons
- Salt: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder: 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Onion powder: 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Dried leaf oregano: 1 tablespoon
- Dried thyme: 1 tablespoon
Take the pork pieces and season them with the essential oil on all the sides. Put the pressure cooker on heat and heat the oil through medium-high heat. Add the pork to the pressure cooker and cook until they get brown. It will take you two minutes to either side. Take the pork pieces out and place them on a plate and put them aside.

Add the tomatoes, light brown sugar, garlic, tomatoes, chili powder, mustard, thyme, bay leaf, and black pepper to reserved pork. Put the mixture in the pressure cooker and lock the lid. Bring the pressure cooker to high pressure or if you have an electric one then choose the high-pressure settings. Cook for 15 minutes and then take the pressure cooker away from heat. Let the pressure release in a natural way. After the complete release of pressure, you can take the lid off and let the remaining steam getaway.
Put the pressure cooker on heat again and bring it to the simmer. Season the dish with pepper and salt. FRENCH PORK STEW WITH WHITE BEANS
- Boneless pork butt roast: 3 pounds. Need to be trimmed and cut pieces into 1in size.
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Onions (chopped):2
- Fennel bulb: 1. the stalks should be discarded, and the valve should be halved and finally cut into pieces
- Garlic cloves: 8. should be minced
- Herbs de Provence: 1 ½ teaspoon
- Flour: ⅓ cup
- White wine: 1 cup
- Low-sodium chicken broth: 3 cups
- Dried cannellini beans: 8 ounces (11⁄4 cups). They should be picked over, rinsed, and should be soaked in saltwater.
- Bay leaves: 2
- Minced fresh parsley: 1⁄4 cup
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Take the pork and pat dry it with the paper towels and then season it with pepper and salt. - Dried beans: 1lb
- Ham hock (ham bone, salt pork, or other salty pork): 1
- Small Onion: 1(chopped)
- Garlic clove: 1 (minced)
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Hot water: 6 cups
Take the beans and drain them into the water properly. Then rinse the beans and put them aside.

It is a very nutritious and well-balanced dish. The braised pork with peas and white beans recipe is perfect for cooking with a six-quart pressure cooker. If you use a large pressure cooker, then you have to increase beans proportionately.
- Pork shoulder or pork butt (boneless): two to three-pound.
- White beans (dried): eight ounces.
- Onion: six to eight clove.
