  4. Chicken stock or water: 6cups
  5. Dried white beans: 2 cups
  6. Salt pork: 1/2 pound. Should be cut into pieces
  7. Chopped and seeded tomatoes: 1 1/2 cups
  8. Minced garlic: 2 teaspoons
  9. Chili powder: 2 teaspoons
  10. Packed light brown sugar: 1/2 cup
  11. Creole mustard: 2 tablespoons
  12. Bay leaf: 1
  13. Sprig fresh thyme: 1
  14. Ground black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  15. Salt: 1 teaspoon

Ingredients Needed For the Essence

  1. Paprika: 2 1/2 tablespoons
  2. Salt: 2 tablespoons
  3. Garlic powder: 2 tablespoons
  4. Black pepper: 1 tablespoon
  5. Onion powder: 1 tablespoon
  6. Cayenne pepper: 1 tablespoon
  7. Dried leaf oregano: 1 tablespoon

Cooking procedure:

First Step:

Take the pork pieces and season them with the essence oil on all the sides. Put the pressure cooker on heat and heat the oil through medium-high heat. Add the pork in the pressure cooker and cook until they get brown. It will take you two minutes to either side. Take the pork pieces out and place on a plate and put aside.

Second Step:

Take it off by tilting away from you so that the remaining pressure can escape without any harm.

Fourth Step:

Add the tomatoes, light brown sugar, garlic, tomatoes, chili powder, mustard, thyme, bay leaf and black pepper to reserved pork. Put the mixture in the pressure cooker and lock the lid. Bring the pressure cooker to high pressure or if you have an electric one then choose the high-pressure settings. Cook for 15 minutes and then take the pressure cooker away from heat. Let the pressure release in natural away. After the complete release of pressure, you can take the lid off and let the remaining steam get away.

Fifth Step:

Put the pressure cooker on heat again and bring it to the simmer. Season the dish with pepper and salt. Cheek the beans and meat, if they are not tender enough, you have to simmer for another 15 minutes. You can also cook for high pressure for another 2 to 3 minutes to make them tender. FRENCH PORK STEW WITH WHITE BEANS

Ingredients

  1. Boneless pork butt roast: 3 pounds. Need to be trimmed and cut pieces into 1in size.
  2. Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
  3. Onions (chopped):2
  4. Fennel bulb: 1. the stalks should be discarded, and the valve should be halved and finally cut into pieces
  5. Garlic cloves: 8. should be minced
  6. Herbs de Provence: 1 ½ teaspoons
  7. Flour: ⅓ cup
  8. White wine: 1 cup
  9. Low-sodium chicken broth: 3 cups
  10. Dried cannellini beans: 8 ounces (11⁄4 cups). They should be picked over, rinsed and should be soaked in salt water.
  11. Bay leaves: 2
  12. Minced fresh parsley: 1⁄4 cup
  13. Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Cooking procedure

First Step:

Take the pork and pat dry it with the paper towels and then season it with pepper and salt. Put the pressure cooker on the hit and add one tablespoon oil and heat it in medium temperature until it gets smoking.  Add the half of the meats and brown them for 8 minutes. After browning transfer them to a bowl.

Second Step:

Ingredients

  1. Dried beans: 1lb
  2. Ham hock (ham bone, salt pork or other salty pork): 1
  3. Small Onion: 1(chopped)
  4. Garlic clove: 1 (minced)

  6. Hot water: 6 cups

Cooking procedure:

First step:

Fifth step:

It is a very nutritious and well-balanced dish. The braised pork with peas and white beans recipe is perfect for cooking with a six-quart pressure cooker. If you use a large pressure cooker, then you have to increase beans proportionately.

Ingredients:

  1. Pork shoulder or pork butt (boneless): two to three pound.
  2. White beans (dried): eight ounces.
  3. Onion: six to eight clove.
  4. Garlic: six to eight cloves.
  5. Italian seasoning herb: two table spoon.
  6. Bay leaves four.
  7. Dry wine (white): one cup.
  8. Chicken broth: three cups.
  9. Carrots: two IBS.
  10. Frozen peas: six ounces.

Cooking procedure:

1st step:

Take the beautiful pork and cut it into cubes. Standard size is 1″. Also, separate the fat from the meat. Now take the onions, garlic, and carrots and cut them into pieces.

2nd step:

Rinse the beans (white) into a pot. Then put those beans into a bowl or the same pot and cover them with the hot water. Add one table spoon salt to the water. Now let the beans soak for an hour or two.

3rd step:

5th step:

Now drain the beans from the water without rinsing. Take beans and pour them into the pressure cooker with the meat. Then pour the chicken broth (three cups) into the pressure cooker. Add some herbs for extra flavor and taste. Now close the lid of the pressure cooker and set the flame high. When the pressure reached to the highest point, slowly let the pressure drop and set the flame to the medium range. It will help you to have a constant pressure that you make sure that all the meat and beans are evenly cooked. Let it cook for 30 minutes.

6th step:

Once the cooking is finished, let the pressure cooker become cool. Then use the natural quick release system to let the pressure out of the pressure cooker.

7th step:
