Electric Pressure Cooker Recipes and Tips

While following your best electric pressure cooker recipes book, it is wise to add your food in small batches utilizing the brown setting. You can brown your meats and vegetables on all sides by adding a touch of canola oil or olive oil. Once browning is finished, then add some wine to remove the flavor from the pot. You can then add your main ingredients to cook under pressure. The flavor will be more intense this way.

Do not Overdo It

Do not load the pressure cooker with too much food. If you do such, it may affect the functionality of your pressure cooker. The maximum level is two-thirds which is a good rule of thumb.
