  • Beef brisket: 3 lb. Trim the extra fat

  • Lowry’s seasoned salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • garlic salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • liquid smoke: 2 tablespoons
  • Worcester sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: 1/2 cup
  • BBQ sauce: 1 cup. Get some extra to add to the servings.

 

Procedure

Use the celery salt, meat tenderizer, garlic salt and seasoned salt in a small bowl and mix them. Take the basket and rub the mixture nicely all over it.
